Hello, i upgraded from 64-bit windows 7 home premium to 32-bit windows 7 ultimate. perusing the driver cd that came with the laptop, along with online, there is no compatible 32-bit network controller driver.. There are no windows 7 32 bit drivers available for download. there are windows 7 64 bit at the link below. you can also add your service tag number on the site and be presented with the list of drivers for your computer.. I got a new inspiron 3647. it had windows 8.1 pre installed, no disk. i bought windows 7 32 bit and did a clean install. i should have backed up the drivers from the previous system, but i did not..
