Glamorate It Twilight Eclipse Black Carpet

Glamorate It Twilight Eclipse Black Carpet

The much-anticipated Twilight: Eclipse movie premiere took place Thursday night at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. My comments are on the snarky side, I admit, but what can ya do? What are your two cents?

Kristen Stewart in Elie Saab

This dress is ill-fitting, stylistically Dynasty 1985, and its color only enhances Stewarts perpetual pallor. The hair is messy, the makeup unfortunate. A sorry showing altogether.

Dakota Fanning in Elie Saab

Dakota looks like a fairy princess in this dress. The hair and makeup are understated and polished. Elegant, while still young and romantic. Bravo!

Anna Kendrick in Marchesa

Think what you will about Kendricks purported talent; in the looks department, shes any girl, any town. The dress is wearing her, not she the dress. Lukewarm.

Bryce Dallas Howard in
Christian Dior

Interesting choice for Bryce to choose this canary gown; it does complement her hair and complexion, and is altogether beautiful, but oddly out of place at this event.

Julia Jones in Marchesa

Ladylike and elegant, but the hair is too severe for my liking and the shoes should have been burnt.

Ashley Greene in
Alexis Mabille Couture

Youd think this was a Casper, the Friendly Ghost premiere. Who thinks "Ill show up in a gray sheet and pretend its a toga party" is the way to go?

Nikki Reed in Marchesa

Downright tragic. This Marchesa creation is something few stars apart from Dita Von Teese could pull off. You have to have presence, a je ne sais quoi larger than life. Not happening here. Oy!

AnnaLynne McCord in Nicole Miller

This dress would be considered great only in New Jersey. As Tim Gunn might say, "The taste level is just not there."

Taylor Lautner in [Dolce?]

Taylor Lautner looks like he could walk straight onto a James Bond movie set. Dashing!

Robert Pattinson in Gucci

Pattinson looks like a mob up-and-comer in this wine-colored suit. Odd choice.
